For the Love of a Osteo Bi-flex Smoothie

MY Doctor suggested the pain in my hip joints might be helped by my taking glucosmine. I hate taking "Horse" pills so when I found Osteo Bi-flex in powder form I thought I might give it a try. I start out with a cup or orange juice...a cup of yogurt....a handful of frozen fruit...two scoops of Osteo Bi-flex and I have two days of a fruit smoothie to enjoy. I simply store the left over in the blender container for the next day in the refrigerator. It tastes great and seems to help a little with the pain. Have a great go make something beautiful.
